Before we begin, take a moment to settle in.
Find a position that feels truly comfortable, whether you’re seated or lying down. Let your hands rest wherever they naturally fall. Become aware of the contact between your body and the surface beneath you, the steady embrace supporting you, just as you are.
Allow your eyes to softly close, or lower your gaze. Sense the peaceful air around you, cool and quiet, lightly brushing your skin.
Draw in a slow, deep breath, letting it fill your chest and calm your thoughts. As you exhale, release any tension, and allow your body to sink a little deeper, relaxing with every breath.
Notice the quiet around you as it settles further, inviting in a gentle sense of ease. Remind yourself that there’s nothing else you need to do right now.
