A quick update from British Bliss! Chris is taking a short two-week break to soak up some much needed sunshine, but don’t worry, your weekly sleep stories and meditations will return on 16 April.

Welcome to British Bliss. I’m Chris, and today I have some updates to share with you.
Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you who has listened to British Bliss over the past few months. To my subscribers and those who have left reviews from around the world, your support genuinely helps the show grow, and I’m truly grateful.
It’s that time of year when I like to take a proper holiday in the sun, especially since the UK only seems to offer sunshine for about one month a year! Because of that, I’ll be taking a two-week break from publishing new episodes. But don’t worry, your weekly sleep stories and meditations will return from the 16 April.
Lately, I’ve really enjoyed creating a wider variety of sleep stories, moving beyond just the journeys through cities or nature. The listener stats suggest you’re enjoying this new variety too. So when I return, you can look forward to at least two stories a month that explore different styles, like fantasy/adult fairytales (such as The Lighthouse at the Edge of Slumber) and nostalgic tales (like Dreamlight Diner).
If you’ve been listening since the first episode launched back in November, you may have noticed some small changes and tweaks along the way. These have come from my own experience, but more importantly, from feedback I’ve received from close friends and relatives. Now, I’d love to open up that opportunity to all of you. Whether it’s about episode length, story ideas, or anything else, I’d really love to hear your thoughts.
As I don’t currently use social media (although that may change), the best way to share your suggestions is by leaving a review on Apple Podcasts or by commenting on the most recent episode on Spotify. I promise to read and consider every single one of them!
